The Rippy Agency is individually owned and operated by Melissa Rippy, who moved to Colorado in 1999. Melissa has been in the insurance industry since 2002 when she began investigating claims with injury. In 2013, Melissa opened the Rippy Agency and was named 2021 Small Business of the Year – Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce and 2014 Business of the Year – People’s Choice – Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce. Melissa and her wife Jennifer live in Brighton and have two sons, Sam and Ben.
